All of our orders are packed in the extra secure mailer, to prevent damage in transit as much as possible. However, unfortunately once a package has left our warehouse it is completely out of our control and in the hands of the postal service. Sometimes items can be handled with less care than we would like during the shipping process and can arrive damaged.
Please always photograph the damage and send us some pictures. This is not because we do not believe you, it is to help us identify how this is occurring and to spot patterns.
Please also check if the vinyl itself is damaged. If there is an issue with the pressing, please also attach a short audio or video recording to your email.
We will do our best to replace any faulty items or parts free of charge. We may require you to return the faulty item(s). You will be reimbursed for any return postage. Please do not return faulty items to us without contacting us first.
