For standard postage there is no tracking information. We can only provide tracking information for customers who selected and paid for a tracked option.
We will always email you your tracking number once your order is dispatched if there is one available. If you haven't received a tracking number then you probably didn't select a tracked option.
If your package hasn't arrived then we ask you please to wait 14 days after dispatch for UK and EU orders, and 28 days for any other international destinations.
We will need you to confirm your address for us via email so we can ensure your order has been dispatched to the correct address.
We will also need you to check with a neighbour, as well as your local post office in case your order has been held there. We often find that packages do turn up after some basic investigation. 12" mailers won't fit into most letterboxes so the postal service will need to leave them somewhere.

I've still not received my order
My order was delivered to someone in the Netherlands. The tracking info clearly states my UK address. How did it end up in the Netherlands? I even paid extra for tracking.
Paid for Priority Mail (Tracked) and did not receive tracking number or any follow up
FIP Vinyl box ordered, delivered (by PostNL without any note) in our street !
Nobody knows anything; 150 euros down the drain.
Horrible service, never again.
Ordered a T-Shirt december 7th, dispatched december 9th and i've still not received it.
