Can I change my address?
Once an order has been placed, we can amend your address at any point prior to it being dispatched. Please note that if you change your delivery address in your account settings this will not update the delivery address on any active orders. Can I cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, we can cancel your order at any point prior to it being dispatched. To request this, please contact support.
Can I add other items to my order or combine my order?
Once an order has been placed we are unable to add to or amend the order however we can cancel and refund the order on your behalf, to allow you to place a new order. Please contact support if you need to make any changes.
Can I exchange an item in my order?
If you have ordered a merch item, we may be able to exchange this item for another size of the samr product if ordered incorrectly. This is subject to the item being in stock in the requested size. To request this, please contact support.
