What is my current order status?
Please check your order status directly from your account under the ‘Your Account' tab, via the store ordered from.
Has my order been dispatched?
When your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email to let you know. If you paid for a tracked shipping method, your tracking number will be included in this email. You can find information on any known delays here.
Where is my pre-order?
We aim to ensure all pre-orders are with you by release day where possible. If we have the stock available, we will ship pre-orders ahead of the release date to ensure this is with you in time.
When can I expect my delivery?

Is my item shipping soon?
As we represent a large number of stores, there can occasionally be delays with us receiving stock in our warehouse. This has only increased since Covid, with pressing plants often struggling to keep up with demand.
If this occurs, our priority will be to keep you updated and whilst for most orders we will aim to have your order with you in time for release, this may not always be possible as external factors outside of our control can cause issues. Similarly, when the store owner sends stock to our warehouse there can be unforeseen delays in transit that may cause an issue. Release dates can be subject to change, so please keep an eye on the store for the most accurate information or contact support.
