Can I return my order?
We accept returns on all physical items within 14 days of arrival, as long as they are returned in a re-sellable condition. Please ensure that your return is within the original cellophane wrapper (if received with one) and not damaged in any way.
To initiate a return, please contact us through our support system, and our staff will provide you with information on how to return your items. Please refrain from returning any items before contacting us, as we will not be able to process your returns package.
My order is damaged, can I return my order?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact support, and we will assist you further. We kindly ask that you send us a photo or video of the damage to help us determine the best way to assist you.
My order is being returned, what can I do?
If your order is being returned to the sender, please let us know as soon as possible. Once we receive the return, we will contact you to offer either a refund or a replacement. Before contacting us, please ensure that your address for this order in your account is correct.
