Can I return my order?
We accept returns on all physical items, within 14 days of arrival as long as they are returned in a re-seleable condition. Your return must be within the original cellophane wrapper (if received with one) and not damaged in any way.
Please contact us through our support system and our staff will be able to provide you with a returns authorisation and advise on how to return your items. Please do not return any items before contacting us as we will not be able to process your returns package.
My order is damaged, can I return my order?
If your order has arrived with damage, please contact support and we will be able to further assist. Please send us a photo or a video of any damage, so we can help further.
My order is being returned, what can I do?
If your order is being returned to the sender, please let us know as soon as possible. When we receive a return, we will contact you as soon as the return has been processed to either offer a refund or a replacement. Before you contact us, please ensure your address is correct for this order in your account.
