Where is my tracking number?
We will email links to your tracking details upon dispatch of your package. Standard mail is not tracked, so if you didn't select a more expensive tracked option then we won't be able to provide you with a tracking number. This also means we won't be able to know where your package is once it has left our warehouse.
My tracking hasn't been updated, where is my order?
Tracking numbers can occasionally take a couple of days to update, but please contact support if you are concerned. Royal Mail track and trace numbers will only update upon attempted delivery.
My tracking number is showing the order is being returned, how to I resolve this?
If your order is being returned, it's probably too late to amend this but please contact support so we can further assist you.
