Can I reset my password?
You can change your password when logging in to your account. If this isn't working, please let us know and we'll send you another email. Please check your spam folder before contacting support.
Can I change my email address?
Once your account has been created, there's no way to amend your email address. You can set up a new account with the correct email address or you can contact support and we'll be able to amend this for you.
Can I change my address for future orders?
You can do this from your account. Please note that if you change your delivery address in your account settings this will not update the delivery address on any active orders. To request an address change, please contact support with your new address in the following format:

Do I have to create an account to place an order?
We ask you to register for an account when creating an account or when redeeming a download code so that you can see the status of your order in your account and you can return to access the files and download them again if they get lost. You can request we delete your account at any time by contacting support.
When is payment taken for my order?
Payment is taken when you initially place your order and this is also the same for Pre-orders.
What payment methods do you accept?
Most of our stores accept payments via Debit or Credit cards and Paypal.
