We accept returns on all physical items within 14 days of when the order was delivered, as long as they are returned in a resalable condition. Please ensure that your return is within the original packaging and tags (if received with one) and not damaged in any way.
To initiate a return, please contact us through our support system, and our staff will provide you with information on how to return your items. Please refrain from returning any items before contacting us, as we will not be able to process your returns package.
If you return your order or an item from your order, please note that you'll be responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or defective.
For international returns, we recommend sending your return tracked. We cannot issue a refund if the parcel is not delivered to the return address.
