I need to change the delivery address. How can I do this?

In order to amend the delivery address of your order, please contact our support team and we will assist you as soon as we can during office hours (Monday - Friday, 10am to 6pm, except UK bank holidays).

Once we receive and have processed your request, we will confirm this with you via email.

Please note that we can only update the delivery address if an order hasn't been shipped. However, if you notice that the delivery address is wrong after an order has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible.
