Delivery delays and postal strikes

International shipping from our warehouse is functioning as normal, please see below for specific information. 

Royal Mail:

Delivery of International items to some destinations may take slightly longer than usual. See general service updates here.

• Middle East Operational Update:
  Due to the current situation in the Middle East, export traffic to the destinations listed below are likely to be affected. Some shipments also transit through impacted areas and as a result are also likely to experience severe delays:

  Iran / Israel / Iraq / Qatar / UAE / Kuwait / Bahrain / Jordan / Saudi Arabia / Oman

  At this time, Royal Mail are continuing to accept all traffic; however, the situation remains highly fluid and may change at short notice.
  Royal Mail are maintaining close communication with the airlines and our destination partners and will provide further updates as soon as new information becomes available.
   

• Israel:
  Israeli Post previously informed Royal Mail that a state of emergency was declared as of Friday, the 16th June 2025 and this has now been extended until at least the 16th June 2026.
  Royal Mail have reinstated their services to Israel but please note that due to the current situation in the region customers should anticipate delays.
  The situation is fluid and Royal Mail will continue to provide further updates as they receive them.
   

DPD:

Deliveries are operating as normal across the UK this week, and international shipping is functioning as normal, albeit some delays. See general service updates here.

FedEx:

Deliveries are operating as normal across the UK this week, and there are no specific delays for international deliveries. See general service updates here.

• Israel: Deliveries to Israel can expect delays via FedEx.

USPS:

Deliveries within the USA are functioning as normal with no specific delays. See general service updates here.
