Can I reset / change my password?

I forgot my password

Of course! It's always possible to forget the password, and you can easily reset it using the 'Forgotten your password?' link on the login page.

After entering your email address, you'll receive an email from us with a link to set a new password.

Please note, you will only receive an email if we have a registered account under that email address, so please also check for spelling mistakes if you don't receive the password reset email.

I want to change my password

When you're logged in to your account on one of our stores, so you can also change the password, if desired.

To do this, head to the Account section, then click 'Account Details', where you can edit both your email address and password for the account.
