For guest checkout orders
If you placed an order and noticed that you entered the wrong email address, please contact us and we can correct the email address for you.
If possible, please let us know the following information so we can solve this for you quickly:
- Order number (if you know this)
- First line of the delivery address
- On which store the order was placed
For registered accounts
You can change the email address for your account yourself, by logging in, heading to the Account page and then selecting 'Account Details'. There, you can change the email as well as the password for the account.
You can only change the email address to one that isn't linked to an existing account already.
