Where can I locate my download?
Once a download has been purchased or credited, this can be accessed by logging into your account and going to ‘Your Account > Music’. If you are unable to locate your download, please let us know. For pre-orders, digital files will be available for download at 00:00 (BST) on the day of release.
Do I need to create an account to redeem my download?
To access and download, we require you to create an account. If you wish to delete your account, please contact our support team.
How do I redeem my download?
To redeem your download code, visit the URL printed on the card and follow the instructions. Please keep in mind that registering is required to download any music.
My code is invalid, how do I resolve this?
If your code is invalid, please ensure that there is no confusion between similar-looking characters such as "O" and "zero." If that does not solve the problem, contact us and send us your code for assistance.
Does my order contain a download?
Not all orders include an instant download. If a download is available, it will be marked on the release page with '+MP3' or '+WAV/FLAC.'
Why isn't my download working?
This could be an issue on our end, but for older downloads, please note that we strive to make all purchases available for download in the music section of your account, but it is not a service we can guarantee. Some releases may need to be taken down due to requests by the label or distributor, or changes in licensing agreements. While we would love to keep your download active, this is beyond our control, and we apologize for any inconvenience.
Our download service should work with all computers. Mobiles and tablets running on the Android platform should use Firefox. Downloading to Apple mobiles and tablets is not possible due to Apple's usage restrictions. Please download to a computer and transfer.
If you have an issue with a download card, please contact our support team and send us a photo of the card.
What is the difference between WAV, FLAC and MP3?
The 24-bit master produced during the release's mastering process is the highest quality we offer. We do not compress or encode these WAV files. FLAC files are of the same quality as WAV files but are compressed and therefore have a smaller file size. MP3s are of very high quality and are encoded using the LAME codec, which is widely recognized as the best MP3 encoder available.
