Why isn't my download working?
This could simply be an issue on our end, but for older downloads it’s worth noting that whilst we aim to keep all purchases available to download from the music section of your account, this is not a service we are able to guarantee as In certain cases releases have to be taken down due to requests by the label or distributor or changes in licensing agreements. Whilst we'd love to keep your download active, this is beyond our control and we apologise for any inconvenience this might cause.

What is the difference between WAV, FLAC and MP3?
The 24-bit master is produced in the mastering of the release and is the highest quality we can provide. We do not do any encoding or compressing of these WAV files. FLAC files are the same quality as WAV files however they are compressed, so are a smaller file size. MP3s are very high quality, encoded to using the LAME codec (program), widely acknowledged as the best MP3 encoder available.
